The Brief
Our customers wanted to make better use of the unused loft space in their 1960s detached bungalow, creating an additional bedroom and bathroom without increasing the footprint of their home.
Our Solution
We converted the existing loft into a bright and spacious new floor, including a new bedroom and shower room, four roof windows and a bespoke oak staircase with glass balustrades.
The project involved structural alterations to the existing roof and floor, new windows, insulation and plastering, together with upgrades to the heating and hot water system to serve the additional space.
