Our client approached us with a clear goal to give new life to a tired 1930 cottage, transforming it into a light-filled, modern family home with more space, better layout, and improved energy efficiency. They needed a complete home renovation and a rear extension to expand the ground floor layout.

Scope of works included:
- Demolition of existing one-storey orangery
- Single and double storey rear extensions
- Full electrical rewire and plumbing upgrades
- Installation of new triple-glazed windows
- Addition of bifold doors, Juliet balcony, and lantern roof light
- Internal reconfiguration to add three new bathrooms
- New kitchen installation with underfloor heating

The Result:
Despite challenges, including Covid-19, we completed the project on schedule, with clients moving back in October 2020. The property was completely transformed -inside and out. The new open-plan kitchen and dining space now opens onto the garden, making it the heart of the home. High-quality finishes throughout and a smarter layout added significant value and comfort.
